Our Operations Division is seeking a Facility Assistant to provide structured administrative and operational support to Facility Management, thereby ensuring operational availability and service continuity without impacting the end-user experience of our client. What will you do? Manage and track operational tickets (incidents and requests). Coordinate timely resolution of operational incidents. Support execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Provide support during operational contingencies. Channel site-level operational requests to the Facility Manager. Ensure accurate inter-shift communication regarding incidents and pending items. Coordinate vendor access and work at the client site. Validate documentary compliance. Track execution of contracted services. Manage quotations and comparative analyses. Track purchase orders (PO), goods receipts (GR), and invoicing. Support operational budget control. Prepare operational management reports. What are we looking for? Industrial Engineer, Administrator, or related field. +3 years of experience in Facility Management or SSGG.
