Opportunity for professional development and career progression A company specializing in telecommunications engineering and applied technologies is seeking a **Field Supervising Engineer** to lead the installation, configuration, and supervision of video surveillance (CCTV) systems and technological equipment on project sites. We seek a professional with leadership capability, sound technical judgment, and rapid response to field incidents, ensuring proper execution of work, system operability, and compliance with established quality, safety, and schedule standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV video surveillance systems (minimum 13 cameras during initial phase). * Coordinate and supervise field activities including structured cabling, power supply, communications, and mounting of technological equipment. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues arising during project execution. * Verify correct installation, connectivity, and functionality of cameras, recorders, switches, links, and auxiliary equipment. * Coordinate with the technical team on task allocation, progress tracking, and resolution of operational contingencies. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and proper use of tools, materials, and PPE. * Prepare daily technical reports and project progress reports. * Ensure adherence to scheduled timelines. * Validate functional and operational tests of installed systems prior to service delivery. **Requirements** * Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications, technology, or electronic security systems projects. * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising field installation and execution activities. * Demonstrable knowledge and experience in CCTV system installation and configuration (mandatory). * Experience handling and implementing video surveillance cameras, NVR/DVRs, switches, and structured cabling. * Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems in the field. **Benefits** * Ongoing training in telecommunications and applied technologies. * Opportunity for professional development and internal career progression. * Timely salary payments. * Potential participation and continuity in future company projects.
