Immediate hiring and formal employment We seek responsible and experienced personnel to perform inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance tasks on fire hoses and hydrant system valves. Familiarity with NFPA standards and local safety regulations is essential. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Visually and functionally inspect fire hoses (detecting cuts, wear, leaks, unauthorized splices). \- Conduct hydrostatic tests on hoses according to current regulations. \- Disassemble, lubricate, calibrate, and repair gate, globe, butterfly, and check valves. \- Verify proper valve opening and closing, identifying internal or external leaks. \- Replace gaskets, seals, fasteners, and other damaged components. \- Label and maintain detailed records for each serviced item (test pressures, test date, observations). \- Prepare technical reports and recommendations. **Essential Requirements:** \- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in fire protection system maintenance. \- Practical knowledge of hydrostatic testing and pressure gauge operation. \- Ability to read basic hydraulic drawings and valve schematics. \- Willingness to work at heights (if applicable) and in confined spaces. \- Certification or training course in fire protection systems (desirable but not mandatory). **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Proficiency with flow and pressure measurement equipment. \- Experience maintaining complete cabinets (hose + valve + nozzle). \- Certification for scaffold assembly and disassembly **We Offer:** \- Immediate hiring and formal employment \- Flexible hours / project-based or fixed-shift schedules (specify as per your needs). \- Competitive salary commensurate with experience. \- Opportunity for career growth in fire safety.
