Position Summary: We are seeking a Freelance Technical Support professional to provide assistance at the software level, including program installation and configuration, preventive maintenance, and device support. Specialized support for printers and devices A leading retail sector company is looking for top talent to fill the position of Freelance Technical Support - Pucallpa What are we looking for? Computer Science or Information Technology technician (final cycles) or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, program installation, and antivirus deployment. Experience supporting printers, label printers, ticket printers, and/or Pocket devices. Valid RxH certification. Steel-toed boots required. Resident of Pucallpa. Team-oriented, communicative, self-motivated, and quick learner. What will you do? On-demand basis. Provide software-level user support, including program installation and configuration. Operating system formatting for equipment. Performing data backup and restoration when necessary—applicable to PCs and/or Pocket devices. Performing preventive maintenance on PCs, laptops, printers, cash drawers, ticket printers, Pocket devices, etc. Providing printer support, print queue setup, and supplier coordination if required. Providing label printer support, including reconfiguration and configuration. What do we offer? Per service request: S/50 for Micro services and S/17 for Pocket and Tablet services. If paid per day, S/80 for an 8-hour shift. Payment terms depend on requirements.
