Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Warehouse Clerk to manage our construction site warehouse comprehensively, ensuring smooth material flow and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Complete control of material and equipment stock and inventory. 2. Comprehensive management of material receipt, storage, and dispatch. 3. Key role in warehouse documentation and organization, with advanced Excel usage. At QATA, we seek a highly organized and proactive **Warehouse Clerk** to oversee the full operation of our construction site warehouse. You will be the key person responsible for ensuring material flow, inventory accuracy, and proper project documentation. **What will you do in this role?** * **Manage stock and inventory** of materials, tools, and construction equipment. * **Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch** of materials (inbound/outbound). * **Handle documentation**, including delivery notes, purchase orders, and material release vouchers. * **Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness**, complying with safety regulations. * **Manage construction material control** using **advanced Excel**. * **Prepare management reports** for the Logistics department. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Warehouse Clerk, preferably in construction or industrial sectors. * **Technical Skills:** * **Advanced Excel proficiency** for inventory control. * Proficiency in **Word** for report writing. * Knowledge of logistics documentation (Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders). * **Competencies:** Organization, proactivity, and accountability in asset control. **If you are an organized professional, apply now!** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
