Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst for the construction sector, responsible for payroll, recruitment, and performance evaluation. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities in recruitment, selection, and performance evaluation On behalf of our client, a construction-sector company, we are looking for a Human Resources Analyst for their office in Asia. Key responsibilities include payroll processing, recruitment & selection, and performance evaluation. Location: 90% on-site at the Southern project (in a camp near Playa Condominiums), with occasional visits to the Lima office. * Housing Benefits: The employee will reside at the project site and have access to facilities (swimming pools, tennis/football courts) outside working hours. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Requirements: · Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR analyst. · Knowledge of payroll under the construction regime and general regime. · Experience in mass recruitment and selection (construction) and administrative positions. · Intermediate Excel · Intermediate English · Power BI is desirable. Salary: S/.3,490.00 - S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
