Join the DUMAN Dairy family! We are a company in constant growth and are looking for an analytical, results-oriented Human Resources Analyst with a focus on continuous improvement.
Your purpose in this role will be to comprehensively manage the employee lifecycle, balancing the precision of payroll-related regulatory and administrative compliance with human development strategies that promote a productive and motivating workplace culture.
What will be your key challenges?
+ Payroll and Accounting Management: Calculate and execute accurate biweekly and monthly payroll disbursements, compute accounting provisions (CTS, Bonus, vacation pay), prepare termination settlements, and conduct monthly accounting analysis for payroll account closing.
+ Tax and Legal Compliance: Timely preparation, filing, and payment of taxes and contributions (AFP, ONP, Essalud, etc.), including monthly submission of PLAME and PDT 601 to SUNAT.
+ Procedures and Audits: Coordinate and execute procedures before SUNAFIL, Essalud, SIVICE, insurance providers, and financial institutions; provide support during internal or regulatory audits.
+ Control and Reporting: Develop HR KPIs measuring turnover, absenteeism, overtime hours, and area-specific expenses; manage issuance of SENATI vouchers and validation of Third-Party Honorarium Receipts.
+ Culture and Well-being: Lead implementation of engagement initiatives, satisfaction surveys, well-being programs, and continuous improvement projects aimed at employee retention and positive workplace climate.
What are we looking for in you?
+ Academic Qualification: University degree in Accounting or related field.
+ Experience: Minimum two (02) years of verifiable experience in this role.
+ Essential Technical Knowledge: Strong command of current Peruvian Labor Legislation, payroll management, and payroll-specific accounting practices.
+ IT Tools: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite, with advanced-level Excel and Power Query skills.
+ Competencies: Analytical thinking, change management, continuous improvement orientation, and excellent document management.
