RESPONSIBILITIES: Validate documentation required for import processes, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Track value notifications arising from reasonable doubt and coordinate corrective actions when necessary. Control import numbering and maintain traceability of each operation. Update databases with key information (costs, dates, suppliers, etc.). Support management and the procurement department through cost projection reports and templates. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 to 3+ years of experience in imports, logistics cost analysis, or customs documentation management. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, reports).
