Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst/Programmer to supervise, maintain, and optimize information systems, provide technical support, and participate in technological projects with a focus on security. Participation in implementation of technological projects On behalf of our client, we are looking for an IT Systems Analyst/Programmer for a company with over 30 years of market experience, recognized for vehicle security and certified as a Great Place to Work, positioning it as an excellent workplace. Requirements: Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields 2 years of experience in similar positions and/or functions Knowledge of computing and information technology Proficiency in various programming languages Knowledge of database management Intermediate-level Excel knowledge General knowledge of Information Security, Secure Development, or Cybersecurity Availability to work in Surquillo from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (on-site) Responsibilities: Supervise and maintain the proper functioning of information systems (hardware, software, networks, and databases), including incident diagnosis and resolution. Provide technical support to internal users by attending to and resolving tickets across multiple locations. Analyze and optimize IT processes, proposing improvements and validating developments with a security focus. Participate in the implementation and monitoring of technological projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and objectives. Manage information security under ISO 27001, including risk control, audits, and continuous improvement. Prepare technical documentation and training materials, as well as manage incident response and security controls. Conduct necessary analyses for implementing improvements and/or new developments, and comply with secure development procedures. Comply with current company policies, rules, regulations, standards, and procedures.
