




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Accountant to prepare, review, and validate financial statements; supervise accounting processes; and handle tax audits, promoting continuous improvement and leading the implementation of accounting standards. We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Master's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Management, Taxation, or related fields (preferred). Minimum 4 years of experience. Knowledge Cost-center-based accounting. International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS) — mandatory. Tax and Labor Legislation — mandatory. Taxation and the new Chart of Accounts. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and validate the company’s financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS). Supervise accounting processes to ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information. Handle tax inspection or audit procedures, providing documentary and technical support. Review and validate calculations of major taxes (e.g., IGV, Income Tax, Withholding Tax on Non-Residents, etc.). Prepare annual Income Tax (Third Category) and ITAN tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax obligations. Analyze and reconcile accounting accounts, verifying proper classification of revenues, expenses, and provisions. Track and control fixed assets, ensuring correct depreciation and accounting recording. Evaluate cost structures of services, verifying consistency with financial results. Prepare and submit electronic books and records required by the tax authority. Prepare and submit information requested by INEI and other regulatory or supervisory entities. Lead and coordinate activities of assigned personnel, ensuring achievement of objectives and quality standards. Promote continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes, enhancing efficiency and adoption of best practices. Implement and ensure application of current accounting and tax regulations. Lead adoption and updating of accounting policies in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Perform related or complementary duties as requested by immediate supervisor.
