Ability to work under pressure KITCHEN ASSISTANT **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing and setting up ingredients for production. * Assist in dispatching tasks and maintaining order and organization in the kitchen area. * Clean and organize utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Comply with food hygiene, handling, and safety protocols. * Support various operational activities within the kitchen area. * Follow instructions from the kitchen supervisor and contribute to achieving departmental goals. * Maintain a proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate as a team during high-demand periods. * Work efficiently **under pressure and in fast-paced environments**. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Studies in Culinary Arts, Cooking, or related fields are preferred but **not mandatory**. * Prior experience in kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias, or food production is desirable. * Candidates with operational experience and **strong motivation to learn and grow in the culinary field** will also be considered. * Responsibility, organization, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varying work rhythms. * Availability to perform operational tasks within the culinary field. Work Schedule and Location * **Monday to Saturday – Shift 1:** 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * **Monday to Saturday – Shift 2:** 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. * **Work Location:** Concessionaire company located in San Miguel.
