AIC TECH is seeking professionals to provide remote support to end users and join an important technology project. * Hybrid work mode (Surco) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Remuneration: S/ 1,500 * 3-month renewable contract * Inclusion in REMYPE payroll **Requirements:** * Graduate technician or final-cycle student in Computer Science and Information Technology, Networks and Communications, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Help Desk (Level 1), Service Desk, Call Center, Remote Support, Customer Service, or similar positions. * Strong verbal communication skills and ability to assist users via telephone. * Basic knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, email, internet browsers, and printers. * Service orientation and ability to resolve incidents. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, register, and categorize incidents and requests in the ticketing tool. * Provide first-level remote support to end users. * Resolve basic incidents related to Windows, Office 365, email, printing, and web browsing. * Escalate tickets to other resolution teams when appropriate. * Perform ticket tracking, documentation, and closure.
