At Smart Display®, we lead the transformation of projects by integrating Digital Signage for the country's largest retail, corporate, and educational brands. We are looking for someone to join our marketing team to experience project day-to-day activities, document our work, and strengthen brand presence through various initiatives. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager in an agile, field-based, and constantly evolving environment. Responsibilities: \* Accompany and record video coverage of digital signage installations and projects (from setup to final delivery). \* Edit high-impact videos for social media, commercial presentations, and project materials. \* Manage social media: planning, content creation, posting, and community engagement. \* Analyze and report Meta Ads metrics with clear insights and improvement opportunities. \* Support launch events, trade fairs, and talks featuring brand presence. \* Utilize AI tools (Grok, ChatGPT, Gemini, or others) to enhance daily work. \* Develop and schedule purpose-driven email campaigns. Requirements: \* Proven experience in video editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or similar). \* Practical knowledge of Meta Ads metrics and reporting. \* Proactive, organized attitude with excellent task follow-up. \* Preferred: Prior experience in technology or retail companies. \* Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; alternating Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Benefits: \* Work within a growing technology group expanding across Latin America. \* Participate in real-world Digital Signage projects with major retail, corporate, and education clients. \* Career development path (subject to evaluation). \* Formal employment under Peru’s MYPE payroll system, including all statutory benefits.
