Provide primary medical care, urgent care, and emergency services OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN SHIFT ROTATION 20x10 (ANCASH) · Adecco Peru is seeking an Occupational Physician for a major mining operation located in the Ancash region (confidential client). · POSITION INFORMATION: · Location: Mining unit in Ancash Work Regime: 20x10 Relocation: Covered from Lima Working Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 6:17 p.m. Contract Type: Fixed-term project or specific service contract Salary: S/ 8,000 · REQUIREMENTS: Licensed Medical Doctor. Specialization in Occupational Health (Diploma and/or Master’s degree). If holding only a Diploma, must provide evidence of updated training courses on functional tests for interpreting Occupational Medical Examinations (OME). Mandatory current certifications: PHTLS / BLS. Prior experience in mining (preferred). · RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer the occupational health service at the mining unit, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and OSH guidelines. Identify, assess, and control occupational and environmental risks, proposing preventive and improvement actions. Provide primary medical care, urgent care, and emergency services, managing cases according to established protocols. Conduct training and awareness activities on occupational safety and health for all personnel. Attend to and follow up on occupational or work-related illnesses, interpreting OMEs and functional tests. Design and implement health intervention programs, including strategies for prevention and containment of diseases such as COVID-19. · BENEFITS: Compensation: S/ 8,000 + full payroll administration by ADECCO.
