Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and registered physician with a master's degree in occupational safety and health to implement and improve the company's occupational health management system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and improvement of the occupational health management system
2. Development and implementation of occupational health plans
3. Medical follow-up of occupational diseases and accidents
We are looking for a licensed, registered, and authorized physician with a master's degree in occupational safety and health and a minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health.
Semi-presential modality (3 to 4 times per month)
Responsibilities:
Implement, adapt, improve, and ensure the effectiveness of the company's occupational health management system.
Develop and implement occupational health plans and programs.
Provide medical follow-up for cases of occupational disease and work-related accidents, issue occupational medical recommendations, and coordinate with relevant services.
Support the SSOMA Management and Human Resources Department in occupational health management.
Participate in medical activities.
Develop prevention and support plans within PASSOMA.
Conduct preventive medical activities against coronavirus transmission.
Manage COVID-19 cases.
Occupational medical surveillance.
Develop occupational health indicators.
Monitor and support occupational health programs.
Support CSST and SIG.
Develop protocols and procedures.
Health inspections.
