Job Summary: We are seeking an online sales associate for liquors, responsible for customer service, commercial advice, order management, and post-sales follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an \*ONLINE SALES ASSOCIATE \- LIQUORS\* \*Main Responsibilities\* * Respond to incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other assigned channels. * Provide commercial advice and purchase recommendations. * Send quotations, manage orders in GesNet, and coordinate with logistics. * Conduct post-sales follow-up and encourage repeat purchases. * Submit weekly management reports. \*Education:\* * Completed secondary education or technical/university studies in marketing, administration, or related fields. \*Experience:\* * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, online customer service, or call centers (mass consumer goods preferred). \*Knowledge:\* * WhatsApp Business, social media management. * Proficiency in GesNet (preferred) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive). * Clear writing skills and good spelling.
