Positive work environment. **URGENT JOB CALL – PAINTING OPERATOR** **JQ CONSTRUCCIONES Y MANTENIMIENTO S.A.C** We are currently looking for a committed, responsible, and detail-oriented **Painting Operator** to join our maintenance team. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare surfaces for painting: cleaning, sanding, and applying primers. * Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings and structures. * Apply painting techniques—such as roller, brush, and spray gun—as required by the project. * Repair cracks, holes, and surface defects on walls and other surfaces. * Handle various types of paint, including proper mixing and application. * Ensure quality and uniformity of finishes. * Maintain and clean tools and equipment. * Comply with established safety regulations. **Required Profile:** * Prior experience in painting, filling, and plastering. * Responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-focused individual. * Ability to work in teams and adapt to different types of projects. * Preferably residing in areas near San Juan de Miraflores. * Immediate availability to work in Southern Lima. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Formal employment registration (MYPE regime) after probation period. * Positive work environment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (Availability for paid overtime) **Work Location:** San Juan de Miraflores \- Southern Lima Salary: S/.1,900\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
