This is BCP — and we are looking for you to join our team as an Operational Management Assistant. What is the challenge? Operational management of ATC processes. Providing support in serving and addressing requests from internal and external customers, according to their needs, and delivering solutions for services in line with the bank’s guidelines. How will you make a significant impact? Executing and processing monetary and non-monetary operations. Reviewing physical or digital documents per established guidelines. Performing daily, weekly, and monthly control and monitoring of back-office operations. Proposing process improvement ideas that enhance efficiency and/or customer satisfaction. Complying with procedures and regulations established by the bank. What do we need from you? Diverse Profile: University student in the 7th to 9th semester of Economics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields (Mandatory). Experience: 6 months of experience in administrative functions or customer service (Mandatory). Proficiency in Excel at intermediate level is essential (Mandatory). Work Location: La Molina.
