RESPONSIBILITIES Actively participate in all professional growth plans recommended by the organization (e.g., coaching, team meetings, Occupational Safety and Health training, and other job-related trainings). Know and comply with your obligations regarding Occupational Safety and Health applicable to your assigned duties. Fulfill your Occupational Safety and Health responsibilities as established in the organization’s procedures. Inspect the condition of pallets Verify the corresponding weight of bags in the Mortar area Carry out the palletizing process Stacking cement bags from conveyor belt onto pallets (Mortar Plant), 2600–3200 bags per shift; each bag weighs 40 kg. Alignment of products (pallets) Cleaning of the work area Randomly verify the weight of finished products (Mortar Plant) using a scale Availability to cover and perform duties in the mortar area when staff is absent: REQUIREMENTS Availability to work Monday through Saturday, either from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Minimum 6 months of experience in this position or related roles Completed secondary education BENEFITS Market-competitive salary Join a globally leading company.
