We are currently seeking a PAYROLL ASSISTANT. Job Functions: Support onboarding, modification, and offboarding processes in T-Registro. Maintain organized files and working documents related to payroll. Support the weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll calculation process. Support printing and/or distribution of employee payslips. Support calculation of payroll-related advances (e.g., vacations, loans, etc.). Support calculation of social benefit settlements and supplementary documentation. Support calculation of bonus, CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay), and profit-sharing payments in accordance with applicable law. Support any requests from the immediate supervisor, analyst, or assistant related to the role performed. Submit required information within established deadlines. Other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: Completed technical studies or final university cycles in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. Basic English proficiency (desirable). Proficiency in payroll software (required to fulfill responsibilities). Basic/Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Minimum 6 months of experience in this role.
