The opportunity for a better future is here! REQUIREMENTS: Technical studies in Metallurgy Minimum 3 years of experience. Knowledge of: Concentrator plant operations, including overland conveyor belts, crushing, grinding, flotation, thickening, and filtration Availability to work under a 10x10 regime (12 hours per day) FUNCTIONS: Conduct risk analysis using tools such as IPERC, SLAM, work permits, etc., prior to performing daily activities Control concentrator plant equipment within the assigned area, including conveyor belts, crushers, feeders, mills, flotation cells, thickeners, and filters Perform equipment inspections within the assigned area and report findings to supervision to coordinate maintenance Start-up and shutdown of equipment in coordination with the control panel according to operational requirements Start-up and shutdown of equipment before and after scheduled and/or corrective maintenance Daily cleaning of the assigned area Cleaning of the area and/or equipment prior to handover to maintenance Daily reporting to supervision BENEFITS: Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
