Positive work environment **Kitchen/Production Manager – VEMAF** Full-time At VEMAF, we are looking for a Kitchen and Production Manager to lead the daily operations of our fresh salad production plant. We seek an organized individual with leadership skills and the ability to solve problems in a dynamic and operational environment. Responsibilities * Supervise the production team * Manage inventory and supplies * Coordinate daily salad dispatch * Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams * Ensure quality and hygiene standards * Verify product dates, rotation, and freshness * Maintain order and operational efficiency * Resolve day-to-day operational incidents Requirements * Prior experience leading kitchens, production, or food operations * Experience managing personnel * Organizational skills and accountability * Ability to work under pressure * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food handling * Basic Excel proficiency (desirable) We Offer * Stable employment and growth opportunities * Positive work environment * Opportunity to contribute to an expanding startup * Salary commensurate with experience Fresh It is a fresh food vending company operating in universities and offices in Lima, focused on delivering freshly prepared products daily.
