Job Summary: A major industrial company is seeking Production Operators to work at its plant, performing duties in production, logistics, and maintenance areas. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery Production Operator Industrial Plant A prominent industrial company is currently seeking Production Operators to work at its plant. Work Schedules (Rotating Shifts) Weekly rotating shifts are implemented: 1st shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 2nd shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. 3rd shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. (Working availability for all three shifts—including the night shift—is mandatory.) Main Responsibilities by Position: The operator may be assigned to various areas within the plant: Production / Packaging Area Sorting and segregation of bottles and boxes. Pallet assembly according to production formats. Support on production lines with moving machinery. Maintaining order and cleanliness (5S methodology). Logistics Area Preparation of products for shipment. Stacking and unstacking of boxes. Transferring, sorting, and organizing bottles. Support in internal transfer processes. Maintenance Area (Support Role) Support in preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. Support for industrial equipment such as bottle washers, labelers, etc. · Requirements Completed secondary education (technical studies preferred). Minimum experience in production, warehouse, or operational roles (preferred). Availability to work rotating shifts. Availability for physical labor and work in an industrial plant environment. Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork. Working Conditions Work in an industrial plant with constant noise. Exposure to moving machinery. Physical labor (lifting, constant movement, standing for extended periods).
