Job Summary: A major multinational company is seeking a Quality Control Assistant to inspect materials and products, ensure their condition, and report anomalies. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS - University graduate or technical diploma in Industrial Production, Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 6 months of experience in quality control or product inspection; experience with hygiene products is preferred. - Basic knowledge of visual inspection and product control. - Availability to work in Pucusana. - Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual. RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform sampling and visual inspection of materials and products entering the warehouse (e.g., diapers, sanitary towels), verifying their condition and quality. - Identify conforming and non-conforming (NG) products, record results, and coordinate their transfer to the appropriate area for discounted sale or special handling. - Detect and report anomalies in the storage process, such as breakage, oxidation, or handling damage, and promptly inform the immediate supervisor for corrective action. - Support pre-shipment inspections by verifying product condition prior to dispatch and assisting in reviewing minor complaints or returns. - Record observations and incidents in quality control forms and promptly report them to the direct supervisor for follow-up or coordination with the SQE department.
