REQUIREMENTS: Technical degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. 1 year of experience in customer service and administrative functions. Desirable experience handling personnel service contracts (outsourcing). RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service for visitors and employees. Receiving documentation from all company departments. Managing access control and distribution. Managing and booking training rooms for associates and parts of the corporate building. Managing internal staff vacation schedules. Renewing insurance policies, SCTR, and mandatory life insurance. Creating staffing requisitions in coordination with the Human Resources department.
