Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Receptionist to manage building access, correspondence, and provide administrative support while maintaining order and communication at the reception. Administrative support and maintenance of order Main Responsibilities * Receive and assist residents, visitors, and suppliers. * Monitor entry and exit of individuals to the building. * Register visits and deliveries of mail or packages. * Answer telephone calls and route information appropriately. * Coordinate with security, maintenance, and administration teams. * Supervise proper use of common areas when necessary. * Report incidents, malfunctions, or emergency situations. * Maintain up-to-date resident and contact records. * Assist with basic administrative tasks and document handling. * Ensure order and professional appearance at the reception. Requirements * Completed secondary education or technical studies. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or reception. * Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and personal presentation. * Basic computer and office software proficiency. * Ability to resolve situations promptly and courteously.
