Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer with experience in maintenance management, electromechanical systems, and personnel management to supervise operations. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in personnel management and maintenance management. 2. Knowledge of pumping systems, electromechanical systems, and industrial electricity. 3. Licensed mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, or electronic engineer. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Resident Engineer must have at least 4 years of prior experience in similar roles and possess knowledge of the functions described below. Proven experience in personnel management. Specialized training courses in maintenance management, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance—preferably for large-scale pumping systems. Experience in electromechanical systems. Industrial electricity: maintenance of surface and submersible motors. Knowledge of starting systems (VFD, soft start, and DOL), PLCs, instrumentation, and communication equipment. The candidate must be a licensed and authorized mechanical, electro-mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, or electronic engineer.
