Leads the supervision and control of retail projects. 2. Applies Lean Construction methodology and the Last Planner System. 3. Manages quality and contractors in retail projects. We are looking for: Retail Projects Field Architect **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** Degree holder, licensed, and registered in Civil Engineering or Architecture. **Minimum Experience:** 3 to 5 years of professional experience in supervision, site management, or construction control for building or renovation projects. **Technical Knowledge:** · Proficiency in Lean Construction methodology and practical application of the Last Planner System. · Advanced proficiency in MS Project for schedule planning and control. · Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and reviewing drawings. · Advanced proficiency in Excel for quantity surveying, valuations, and reporting. · Knowledge of the National Building Regulation (RNE) and SSOMA regulations (Standard G.050\). · Experience in technical supervision, quality control, and contractor management in retail or corporate office projects.
