REQUIREMENTS: * Strong communication skills and high persuasive ability. * Sales experience (preferred). * No fear of the camera and comfort recording videos. * Availability to conduct live broadcasts (TikTok Live). * Proactivity, initiative, and results orientation. * Ability to work under pressure. * Eagerness to learn and grow professionally. * Preferably reside near San Juan de Miraflores. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle inquiries and close sales via Marketplace and social media. * Conduct live broadcasts on TikTok to promote our products. * Regularly record commercial videos. * Follow up with potential customers. * Achieve company-established sales targets. * Represent the company’s image to customers and followers. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. WE OFFER: * Fixed salary of S/ 1,500\. * Attractive commission structure. * Continuous training. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Excellent work environment.
