Generate service orders and manage payments On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Management Advisor for a company with over 30 years of market experience, recognized in vehicle security and certified as a Great Place to Work, positioning it as an excellent workplace. Requirements: Preferred: Completed or ongoing higher education studies in sales administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or related fields. Preferred: Proficiency with technological tools. 1 year of experience in similar positions and/or functions. Availability to work the following schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:0 PM (remote). Responsibilities: Generate all types of service orders, verify information entered in pre-orders, and coordinate billing for installed orders. Record payments in the validation system. Submit the pre-installation list to sales executives. Schedule installations with dealerships and workshops according to established time slots. Support technicians by providing vehicle locations and all related details. Attend to customers contacting via any communication channel. Register requests for credit notes, cancellations, and returns. Comply with current company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Perform any additional complementary and supportive tasks within their scope of competence, as assigned by their direct supervisor.
