Location: Lima (Salamanca - Ate) Purpose: Supervise compliance with safety standards, procedures, and protocols established by Bureau Veritas and the client during electricity bill distribution activities. Academic Qualifications: Graduate in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) guidelines during bill distribution activities. Verify compliance with operational standards, internal procedures, and safety standards set by the company and the client. Conduct on-site supervision of distribution personnel, validating correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to safe work procedures, and safety conditions along the route. Perform periodic inspections of operational staff, tools, equipment, and PPEs, identifying substandard acts and conditions. Issue supervision reports, inspection reports, safety observations, and follow-up on field findings. Manage and track resolution of observations issued by the concessionaire, clients, or internal audits related to operational and safety matters. Propose, implement, and follow up on corrective actions and improvement opportunities aimed at minimizing operational risks and preventing incidents and occupational accidents. Coordinate with relevant departments for replacement and renewal of damaged or unfit PPEs, uniforms, and safety materials. Deliver training sessions, safety talks, and inductions to distribution personnel regarding occupational hazards, safe work procedures, and preventive culture. Supervise that distribution personnel begin their duties with required documentation, complete and well-maintained PPEs, and necessary operational materials. Verify compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations during public-road distribution activities, including ergonomic risks, vehicular traffic, UV radiation, and dog attacks. Participate in the investigation and reporting of incidents, accidents, and substandard acts, proposing preventive and corrective measures. Comply with and enforce the company’s and client’s Occupational Safety and Health policies, procedures, guidelines, and directives. Ensure compliance with applicable Occupational Safety and Health legislation governing distribution activities. Maintain updated SSOMA records, controls, and documentation corresponding to the service. Track compliance with scheduled inspection, training, and supervision programs for operational staff. Operate the mobile unit assigned by the company for on-site supervision, complying with applicable traffic and road safety regulations. Comply with the company’s Absolutes: Safety, Ethics, and Financial Control. Ensure proper use of resources supplied by the company for contract execution. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar safety-related roles (Mandatory).
