




Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Sales Supervisor to lead teams, plan strategies, supervise tasks, and ensure objective achievement in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Completed Technical or University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, and/or minimum 2 years of experience performing similar functions or responsibilities. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles or within the beverage industry. Vehicle operation capability (Driver’s License A1). Willingness to travel across all ISM operations, in coordination with immediate supervisor (South Small, South Large, North Small, and Lima). Working hours as defined by the company. Plan objectives through execution of the team’s sales strategies to meet those objectives. Supervise subordinates’ tasks to create a supportive and cooperative environment responsive to needs, enabling them to fulfill assigned responsibilities. Develop sales performance reports, including comparative charts, to enable these reports to inform new product placement strategies, coordinating work schedules and routes according to market coverage requirements. Motivate and recognize sales representatives’ efforts to maintain a motivated and goal-oriented field force. Conduct daily service controls for sales representatives and delivery personnel to understand their perspective on the product. Contribute to and safeguard a positive work environment by coordinating and participating in various activities jointly with other department heads. Comply with company policies and guidelines, Integrated Management System, 5S policy, RIT, Code of Ethics, and applicable government regulations to support optimal and appropriate execution of organizational activities. Ensure point-of-sale execution, guaranteeing visibility of our products through close collaboration with the Trade Marketing department. Ensure negotiation of market programs, achieving quota fulfillment and perfect assortment. Ensure and safeguard cold chain team productivity by managing the right customers and the right territories. Travel and responsibly use assigned institutional vehicles, ensuring exclusive use for authorized work-related activities. Undertake operational travel as required, complying with safety protocols and ensuring responsible use of allocated resources. What do we offer?
