Commitment to patient safety and high stress tolerance. **JOB TITLE** Surgical Instrumentation Technician (Peru) **JOB OBJECTIVE** Provide high-level specialized technical support in the operating room for trauma and orthopedic procedures, ensuring correct use of Arthrex-branded medical devices and guaranteeing surgical success through technical assistance to the surgeon. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Assist in trauma and orthopedic surgeries, advising the surgeon on surgical technique and use of implant instrumentation. Verify integrity, sterility, and completeness of instrument trays before and after each procedure. Participate in 24/7 on-call shifts for scheduled and emergency surgeries. Report post-surgery supply consumption for accurate billing and stock replenishment. **PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS** Graduate in Surgical Instrumentation. Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare or medical supply companies. Prior experience in Traumatology. Intermediate English level (desirable) and valid U.S. visa (plus). Full availability to relocate to Peru. **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES** High tolerance for working under pressure and in critical environments. Precision and attention to detail in clinical procedures. Assertive communication with medical specialists. Professional ethics and commitment to patient safety. **LOCATION, MODALITY, SCHEDULE** Location: Lima, Peru Modality: On-site / Field (Hospitals and Clinics). Schedule: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM) \+ 24/7 availability for shifts and emergencies. **CONTRACT TYPE** Fixed-term contract (1 year), renewable. In the second year, transitions to an indefinite-term contract per local legislation. **SALARY COMPENSATION** Base Salary: \- 3\.000 soles Transportation Allowance: \- 600 soles Commissions: $40 USD per surgery (office hours) / $50 USD (after-hours). Bonuses: Variable based on turnover of Product Types C and D. Average Total Package: 10\.000 \- 11\.000 soles average (based on 35 surgeries/month). Relocation Benefits: Visa application support, economic relocation package, and accompaniment during the first 3 months.
