




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, as well as installations and configurations in the central area of Lima. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. 2. Installation and configuration of peripheral devices and networks. 3. Asset management and operating system support. On behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for: **ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT \- CENTRAL LIMA** **What are we looking for?** * Technicians or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Specialist, preferably field-based. * Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux). * Knowledge of installation and configuration of peripheral devices. **What will you do?** * ***Visit client stores across Metropolitan Lima's central zone (e.g., Cercado de Lima, La Victoria, Rímac, San Isidro, etc.)*** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, dot-matrix printers, and communication equipment (switches, routers). * Installation of computer equipment and network cabling. * Printer configuration. * Formatting. * Asset management. * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices. * Configuration and connection of computers to computer networks. * Configuration of Windows operating systems and MS Office. **What do we offer?** * Full payroll registration (through the consulting firm) from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Compensation: S/1300 \+ weekly mobility bonus of S/90. * **Schedule: Monday to Sunday (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM / 48 hours per week / 1 rest day within the week)** * Educational discounts. * Training programs. * SCTR (Workers' Compensation Insurance).
