Job Summary: We are seeking Collections Advisors to manage the recovery of overdue debt, negotiate payments, rehabilitate accounts, and maintain commercial relationships with customers. Maintaining commercial relationships with customers PENALTY COLLECTION ADVISORS - BCP · RESPONSIBILITIES: Recovery of overdue debt by contacting customers to negotiate payments and rehabilitate accounts, negotiating flexible agreements, tracking commitments, updating records, handling payment inquiries, and applying strategies to reduce delinquency while maintaining commercial relationships. · WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM / Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (1 or 2 Saturdays per month) · Fixed day off: Sundays · * Worked Saturdays are compensated * Locations: Arequipa, exact address pending · TRAINING: One-month training program during which collections responsibilities are gradually assumed, starting with low-value accounts. Contract signing from the first day of training. Training conducted during the same working hours as regular duties.
