Focus on quality of care, warmth, and punctuality **Job Title: Ultrasound Physician / Radiologist (Service Contract \- RHE)** We seek physicians with advanced technical skills, a service-oriented vocation, and professional commitment to provide independent comprehensive ultrasound diagnostic services. **Service Description and Mutual Commitment** * **Standard of Care:** We seek professionals who demonstrate **courteous, empathetic, and humanized patient interaction**, along with strict commitment to **punctuality and diagnostic accuracy**. * **Baseline Target:** Technical and problem-solving capability to serve **30 patients per 6-hour shift**. * **Overtime Performance and Benefits:** Just as we demand excellence and compliance, we guarantee **absolute payment punctuality**. Additionally, an **economic bonus for overtime performance** will be provided. **Available Shifts (To be coordinated):** * **Morning Shift (AM):** 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. * **Afternoon Shift (PM):** 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. **Required Competency Scope (Mandatory)** Technical proficiency and diagnostic speed in high-demand ultrasound examinations: * **General and Abdominal Ultrasound:** Full abdomen, renal and urinary tract, pelvic, etc. * **Soft Tissue and Endocrine Ultrasound:** Thyroid, neck, lymph node regions, abdominal wall and soft tissues in general. * **Specialized Ultrasound:** Comprehensive bilateral breast ultrasound. * **Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasound (Comprehensive):** * Upper extremity: shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. * Lower extremity: hip, knee, ankle, and foot. *(Additional scoring: Venous Doppler for diagnosis/confirmation of insufficiency and thrombosis, and Portal Doppler).* **Mandatory Requirements** * **Key Qualities:** Warm and courteous patient interaction, rigorous punctuality, and professional ethics. * **Documentation for General Physicians:** * University Degree in Medicine and Surgery (both sides). * Diploma of Postgraduate Training/Specialization in Ultrasound (both sides). * Valid Professional Competency Certificate (2026\). * Active Medical Recertification. * **Documentation for Radiologists:** * Degree in Medicine and Surgery (both sides). * Specialist Title in Radiology (both sides). * Valid Professional Competency Certificate (2026\). * Active Medical Recertification. **Contractual Terms and Payment Policy** * **Engagement Mode:** External service provision under the civil **Service Contract** regime (no labor subordination relationship or payroll inclusion). * **Payment Receipt:** Payment exclusively against submission of an **Electronic Fee Receipt (RHE)**. * **Schedule and Punctuality:** Guaranteed payment on the **15th day of the following calendar month**, upon submission of the RHE and the corresponding production summary.
