Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor in footwear, apparel, and sportswear/urban accessories to provide customer service and assistance, ensuring an outstanding store image. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and assistance to ensure excellent customer care. 2. Perform cleaning and product display to maintain a positive store image. 3. Know product models and offer purchasing alternatives to achieve successful sales. NEW ATHLETIC is a 100% Peruvian company specializing in the sale of footwear, apparel, and sportswear/urban accessories, with over 20 years of presence in the Peruvian market, operating 40 stores and employing 400 staff nationwide. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of SALES ADVISOR at our store located at Av. Lima with Jr. Huancayo 493 – TARMA. Requirements: - Minimum 6 months of experience in sales of accessories, apparel, and/or footwear. - Completed secondary education. - Experience in cross-selling and up-selling. - Availability to work full-time rotating shifts, 8-hour shifts + 1-hour break, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. - Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. · Responsibilities: - Provide customers with product information and assistance to ensure excellent service. - Perform cleaning of the sales floor, furniture, and footwear/accessories displays to support a positive store image. - Apply price tags and current promotional labels to products in-store to ensure successful sales. - Sell the full range of product accessories to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Arrange products in an orderly manner to ensure efficient customer service. - Assist in theft prevention. - Verify that 100% of product models are properly labeled with barcodes and/or discount tags, where applicable, to ensure successful sales. - Be thoroughly familiar with all models displayed on the sales floor—including features and benefits—to provide accurate purchase guidance to customers. - Offer customers alternative purchasing options (e.g., in-store payment or online sales) when the preferred model is out of stock, to ensure successful sales. - Coordinate timely restocking of sold items to meet sales goals. · Benefits: - Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits from day one. - Product discounts ranging from 30% to 40%. - Base salary + commissions. - Full coverage under the national social security system (EsSalud). - Pleasant working environment. · At New Athletic, we are committed to equal opportunity; therefore, we promote inclusion and respect the diversity of applicants throughout our selection processes. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education years of experience Age: 20 years or older Keywords: salesman, saleswoman, seller, vendedor, comercial, salesperson
