Job Summary: A leading company is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to ensure the execution of receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching activities, as well as process improvement and staff training. The opportunity for a better future is here! · Requirements: 1. Academic qualification: Completed Secondary Education 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the role · Responsibilities: -Know the standards applicable to each pillar (People, Safety, Quality, Operations, Environment, Cost). -Ensure execution of receiving, storage, picking, scanning, labeling, and dispatching of spare parts/goods according to plan. -Ensure timely submission of information (IQC serial numbers, photos, etc.) to respective departments regarding all received items, container unloading, loose cargo handling, spare parts loading, etc. -Plan and coordinate with the WHS Team Leader the storage of already-evaluated products. -Ensure proper labeling of goods prior to dispatch. -Conduct appropriate follow-up to resolve arising issues. -Timely schedule loading/unloading crews for spare parts/goods, including weekly payroll settlement. -Ensure timely loading of scheduled spare parts/goods for dispatch. -Reduce incidence of damaged products and/or boxes in the warehouse. -Improve ERI and ERU records in the spare parts warehouse. -Work to enhance productivity across various processes. -Conduct onboarding for new warehouse staff. -Train new staff on the various processes carried out in the WHS. -Daily reporting of assigned KPIs, promptly alerting deviations and proposing corrective or preventive actions. · Benefits: -Permanent employment contract -75% EPS health insurance coverage -Career development path -Complete meal allowance. · At Manpower Peru, we promote inclusion and labor integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, orientation, gender identity and expression, origin, or generation.
