The opportunity for a better future is here! · Requirements: 1. Academic qualification: Completed secondary education 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the position · Responsibilities: - Understand the standards applicable to each pillar (People, Safety, Quality, Operations, Environment, Cost). - Ensure the execution of receipt, storage, picking, scanning, labeling, and dispatch activities for spare parts/goods according to plan. - Ensure timely submission of information (IQC serial numbers, photos, etc.) to respective departments regarding all receipts processed, container unloading, loose cargo handling, spare parts loading, etc. - Plan and coordinate with the WHS Team Leader for storage of evaluated products. - Ensure proper labeling of goods prior to dispatch. - Conduct appropriate follow-up to resolve arising issues. - Timely schedule loading/unloading crews for spare parts/goods, as well as weekly payroll settlement. - Ensure timely loading of spare parts/goods scheduled for dispatch. - Reduce incidence of damaged products and/or boxes in the warehouse. - Improve ERI and ERU records in the spare parts warehouse. - Work to enhance productivity across various processes. - Conduct onboarding for new warehouse staff. - Train new staff on the various processes carried out within the WHS. - Report assigned KPIs daily, promptly alerting deviations and proposing corrective or preventive actions. · Benefits: - Formal employment contract - EPS health insurance at 75% - Career development path - Full meal allowance. · At Manpower Peru, we promote inclusion and labor integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, place of origin, or generation.
