Job Summary: We are seeking an A1 DRIVER-OPERATOR for cleaning soft surfaces to meet quality standards and maintain equipment, performing services at various locations. Key Highlights: 1. Bonuses for good performance toward commercial objectives We are currently looking for a candidate to fill the position of A1 DRIVER-OPERATOR for cleaning soft surfaces (furniture, mattresses, chairs, etc.). Main Responsibilities: \- Follow the cleaning procedure according to the company's specified quality standards \- Properly use and safeguard the equipment assigned for job performance \- Keep assigned equipment clean and in good working condition \- The company operates two locations (Pueblo Libre and Magdalena); shift starts at 7 a.m., and 2–3 services are provided per day (each team consists of 2 people); under this arrangement, the typical shift ends at 6 p.m. \- Weekly rest day is SUNDAY; however, in some cases, a weekday may be scheduled as rest day \- A vehicle is provided for transportation to scheduled service sites; the driver works alongside an assistant \- Performance-based bonuses aligned with the company’s commercial objectives (monthly quota) \- Valid A1 driver’s license is mandatory \- Prior experience is desirable; if you lack experience, we provide training \- CERTIJOVEN certification is mandatory (authenticity of this document will be verified) Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
