The candidate will be responsible for **document organization**, **data collection and registration**, ensuring efficiency and order in internal processes. **Responsibilities:** * Updating the production Excel spreadsheet * Uploading physical minutes as PDFs to the CR cloud * Assigning routes for the following day * Updating the Calidda website * Updating the warehouse database and outgoing material order records * Preparing the daily CR report * Support in the preparation and presentation of reports and summaries **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative roles * Intermediate proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Residence in Chorrillos **Key Competencies:** * Organization and tidiness * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity * Effective communication * Teamwork * Proactivity and results orientation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Chorrillos, Lima
