We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. Job Requirements: \- Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. \- Minimum 02 years of experience in administrative positions. \- Knowledge of document management and administrative processes. \- Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office). \- Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. Responsibilities: \- Preparation and issuance of invoices, receipts, and other payment documents. \- Support in preparing and controlling payroll records. \- Management and follow-up of Human Resources-related processes. \- Monitoring of staff working hours, attendance, and presence. \- Organization and archiving of administrative and contractual documentation. \- Support in coordinating services, quotations, and customer service. \- Follow-up on administrative procedures with public and private entities. \- Other duties inherent to the position as assigned by Management. Work Modality: \- On-site work. \- Remuneration commensurate with market standards and candidate’s experience. Desirable: Knowledge of government procurement processes.
