We are looking for an **Administrative and HR Intern** eager to learn, proactive, and with excellent service orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Recruitment and Selection Support:** Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms, conducting preliminary telephone resume screenings, and scheduling interviews with candidates. * **Document Management (Onboarding):** Collaborate in collecting and organizing onboarding documents for new team members. * **Attendance and Incident Tracking:** Support attendance recording, medical leaves, other types of leave, and vacation tracking to ensure accurate payroll processing. * **Organizational Climate and Culture:** Actively participate in organizing internal events, team-building activities, training sessions, and special occasions for the team. * **General Administration:** Provide support in file management (physical and digital), respond to internal employee inquiries, and perform routine administrative tasks within the department. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Final-year student (7th semester) or recent graduate in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * **Digital Tools:** Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). * **Soft Skills:** Excellent assertive communication, empathy, organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and strong teamwork orientation. **YOU CAN ALSO SEND YOUR CV TO 917019133!!** **PRACTICUM CERTIFICATE PROVIDED** Salary: S/.500.00 - S/.1,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
