Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed licensed architect to comprehensively develop architectural projects and technical files, with experience in land regularization (physical-legal and/or technical) and site visits. We are looking for a licensed architect with experience in project development, knowledge of physical-legal and/or technical land regularization, and the ability to perform duties both in the office and during site visits. We seek a responsible, proactive, and committed professional capable of managing projects holistically, with a high level of organization, technical judgment, and attention to detail. We highly value reliability, communication, and quality workmanship. Main Responsibilities: Preparation and development of architectural projects and technical files. Development and updating of architectural drawings. Coordination and integration with other disciplines (structures and installations). Preparation of descriptive reports and technical documentation. Monitoring of procedures, permits, and land regularization processes. Responding to technical observations and coordinating with clients and specialists. Participation in technical meetings and site visits as required. Technical support during project execution. Requirements: Licensed architect. Experience in architectural projects and technical files. Knowledge of land regularization and relevant regulations. Availability to work both in the office and on-site.
