Job Function The selected professional will be responsible for actively participating in technical development and project management, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance of deliverables. Key responsibilities include: Assuming, where applicable, technical responsibility for the discipline, including validation and signing of deliverables. Participating in client meetings, representing the company technically and ensuring correct interpretation of project requirements. Planning deliverables by defining timelines, resources, and technical standards for efficient execution. Actively coordinating with other project disciplines (structures, installations, urban planning, etc.). Preparing 2D technical drawings, ensuring accurate and consistent representation of various disciplines according to company standards. Applying regulatory and methodological criteria to ensure compliance with current regulations, as well as legibility and technical consistency of drawings. Updating and maintaining project graphical documentation, incorporating observations, corrections, and versions throughout its development. Managing CAD file organization, ensuring traceability, standardized naming conventions, and version control on the institutional server. Collaborating in the integration of drawings for technical files, presentations, and review processes. Meeting graphic production schedules established by the project or BIM coordination team. Efficiently utilizing CAD tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or others), applying best practices in technical drawing. Performing other related duties assigned by management. Academic Qualifications Licensed and registered professional in Architecture. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Required Knowledge Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Dynamo, among others. Technical regulations applicable to architecture projects (desirable).
