Main Responsibilities: Supervise and control construction progress Prepare weekly schedules and progress reports Lead production and coordination meetings Manage observations and delivery protocols Ensure architectural finish quality standards Requirements: Female candidates only Graduated and licensed professional in Architecture Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles Experience in multifamily finishing projects Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Excel MS Project SketchUp Results-oriented Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Payroll (initial 3-month contract) Life and accident insurance included . -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 1 year of experience Age: between 24 and 33 years Knowledge: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Rendering Keywords: architect, arquitecto, architecture, arquitectura, jr, junior
