Job Summary: We are seeking an Architecture Assistant to support real estate project development—from design and modeling to file management and construction supervision. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Architecture Assistant. What will your responsibilities be? Prepare, update, and review architectural and detailed drawings. Create 3D models and renderings for internal and commercial presentations. Prepare technical files and quantity takeoffs in coordination with specialized disciplines. Support municipal procedures (e.g., construction permits, completion certificates, declarations, etc.). Coordinate with engineering firms, contractors, and suppliers to consolidate technical information. Maintain digital control and archiving of drawings, technical sheets, and related documents. Conduct site visits to verify construction compliance with architectural drawings. Prepare progress reports, photographic records, and finish quality control. Keep schedules and technical folders up to date. What do we expect from you? Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Prior experience in real estate or construction companies is desirable. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, and Lumion. Knowledge of current urban and building regulations. Basic knowledge of quantity takeoffs, budgeting, and construction oversight.
