




Job Summary: A professional responsible for end-to-end procurement management, from requesting quotations and tracking purchase orders to coordinating logistics and organizing documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages procurement and quotations for materials and services. 2. Coordinates logistics and tracks materials to construction sites. 3. Organizes supplier documentation and invoicing. • Procure materials and equipment requested at construction sites. • Prepare product and service quotations, comparative tables, and submit reports. • Track Purchase Orders and Service Orders. • Coordinate the pickup, transportation, and tracking of materials from suppliers designated by the logistics department to assigned construction sites. • Receive and organize invoices and delivery notes provided by suppliers according to the logistics workflow. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 1 year of experience Knowledge: Teamwork, Supply Management, Procurement, Warehouse Control, KPIs, Microsoft Excel, Suppliers Driver's License: Class A-I
