RESPONSIBILITIES Proficiency in Office programs and sales software Management and control of invoicing Organization of administrative documentation Coordination of product logistics and deliveries Scheduling and follow-up of client appointments Support in maintaining internal process order and control REQUIREMENTS Experience in administrative or accounting functions Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Knowledge of electronic invoicing Organizational skills and attention to detail Communication skills and client interaction ability Proactivity and responsibility PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in advertising, event, or similar industries CRM or sales system proficiency Basic knowledge of logistics We seek a person who maintains the company's operational order and facilitates commercial and administrative management.
