We are seeking top talent to fill the position of: International Trade Assistant Requirements: Technical or university graduate in International Trade, Administration, International Business, or related fields. Knowledge of Incoterms, international trade, and import/export procedures. 1 year of experience coordinating and monitoring local and international suppliers. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Availability to work onsite in Villa el Salvador, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: Review documents associated with the operation (OA, PI, invoice, PL, BLs) Validate PO (purchase order) with JPRs (when required) Manage / review cargo receipts at the Miami warehouse and at Transcomex Generate partial shipments on platform/system Generate shipping instructions and monitor traceability until cargo receipt Issue insurance and customs instructions for each shipment.
